Information

Allmogens is an educational project that preserves and brings to life the Swedish Allmogens history - the history of Swedish freedom. All proceeds from the shop's sales will go to improving and expanding the work of the project. You simply choose what you want, put it in your shopping basket, proceed to the checkout and enter your name and address and payment method. Shortly after, the goods are on their way to you. Allmogens headquarters are out in the countryside and we go to the post office once a week, which means your order will usually be dispatched from us within 2-5 working days. During the Christmas sales, longer delivery times apply, but you can always expect to receive your order before Christmas if you order before 17 December.

Purchase information

All prices include VAT. Allmogens reserves the right to make price changes, final sales and any factual errors that may appear on the site or in advertisements. I also reserve the right that the product images shown on the site do not always correspond to the product. If you do not receive an order confirmation after placing your order, please contact me to confirm that your order has been received.


Delivery and transport

Your order will be shipped within 1-7 working days, more often 1-3 than 4-7. We are a small company located in the countryside ofångermanland and we go to the "big city" once a week to post orders.

Allmogens offers different shipping options depending on the size and weight of the item. If you order different items, shipping is based on the item with the highest shipping class, and some items may need to be shipped separately. You can see the shipping costs at checkout.

Smaller items can be sent by Postnord waybill for 39 SEK. Standard shipping for our historical prints is 49 SEK and is sent to your nearest DHL Service Point.

Free shipping applies from 399 kr.

Payment method

Invoice

Through Klarna, you are offered to pay by invoice at no extra cost with a 14-day payment period.

Bank/credit card

The store accepts VISA and MasterCard through Klarna. Please enter your card number and expiry date, as well as the card's CVV2/CVC code. The money will be deducted directly from your account when you approve the transaction. All transaction information is sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and is encrypted, i.e. highly secure. We accept the most common Swedish payment cards, but not Maestro or VISA Electron. If you have problems with the payment, please contact customer service.


Right of withdrawal and returns

When purchasing goods on Allmogens.se, the right of withdrawal is always 365 days, except on our almanac where the right of withdrawal is 30 days. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Allmogens within 365 days from the date you or your agent received the ordered goods (withdrawal period).

The right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply to personalised posters printed to order. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. If the goods have clearly been used, Allmogens has the right to make a deduction from the refund corresponding to the nature and depreciation of the product.

When you order a product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, for example all our historical prints, you must not break the seal if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal therefore ends when you break the seal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to withdraw in writing within 365 days of receiving your order. This should be done to customer service via e-mail, info@allmogens.se. Enter your name, order number and the items you wish to return including their product name and quantity. We will then email you a return slip which you print out and tape to the package. A cancellation form must be enclosed in the package in case of a cancelled purchase: Download consumer agency withdrawal form (PDF).

The return costs 49 SEK, which will be deducted from the credit of your repurchase if the return is accepted. After the return has been received and checked that the item is in its original condition, your money will be refunded within 14 working days. As a rule, the purchase price will be refunded via the payment method used for the purchase, otherwise please contact Allmogens the customer for an alternative solution.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

Product warranty

Allmogens does not provide a guarantee on printed matter as it is considered a consumable item. Other goods have a 1-year guarantee. However, you may of course make a claim for broken or defective goods where the defect occurred during manufacture (see below on claims). If your item arrives in a damaged condition and the packaging is visibly damaged, this must be reported directly to the shipping company before you receive the shipment, and also to us within 7 days and we will send you a new map. Hidden damages are claimed to us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.


Unclaimed packages

Parcels not collected from the post office within the time limit and returned to the sender will be charged a fee of 180 SEK, to cover Allmogens costs. Not picking up your order from the postman is not covered by the open purchase policy


Complaint:

Right to complain

(Does not apply to businesses) You have the right to complain about products that have an original defect. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, it must be claimed as soon as possible (7 days). For products outside the presumption period (6 months) but within the right of complaint (3 years), the burden of proof to prove the original defect lies with the consumer. Please note that you will have to pay the shipping costs for this option. Contact me at info@allmogens.se for return address.


Undelivered consignments

Shipments that have not been redeemed will be charged a shipping fee of 180 SEK for postal packages.


Cancellation of product

As long as the product has not been delivered to you, you can cancel your order. If you want to cancel an order, the easiest way to do so is to email info@allmogens.se and indicate what you want to cancel and your order number. For my convenience, please write "Cancellation" in the subject line. You will always receive a reply if your cancellation is accepted. Please note that if the item has already been shipped, you may be charged the fees for unclaimed packages at the Post Office.

In the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option to cancel your order if the proposed delivery time is not accepted.

The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, usually within 2-5 working days.


Age limit

If you are under 18, your guardian must approve the order.


Privacy Policy

The information you provide about yourself is used internally only. No information about you will be passed on to third parties. You have the right to access the personal data registered about you upon request. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you have the right to request that the data be corrected or deleted. Allmogens complies with the Personal Data Act.


Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, deteriorating circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which affect contracts entered into and promises made by Allmogens side, which allows Allmogens cannot keep the said agreements/promises, shall constitute grounds for Allmogens be released from its obligations to perform the said contracts.


Cookies

A cookie is a small text file sent from our web server and stored by your browser. There are two types of cookies: those that are stored for a long time on your computer and those that disappear when you close your browser (so-called session cookies).

How to use Allmogens cookies:

  • We use session cookies to store products in your shopping cart and to keep you logged in between page views.
  • We also use cookies to facilitate analysis of traffic and purchase history on our site.

How to avoid cookies:
If you do not wish to accept cookies, your browser can be set to automatically refuse cookies or to inform you each time a website requests to store a cookie. The browser can also delete previously stored cookies. See your browser's help pages for more information. You can also delete cookies manually from your hard drive at any time. If you choose not to accept cookies, you can still visit our site but you will not be able to make purchases.

You don't need to accept or use cookies to view products and get pricing information, but to log in and make purchases, you need to accept session cookies.


Dispute

Any dispute shall be resolved by either Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
