Consent under the Personal Data Act
The processing of personal data, i.e. data that can be linked to a specific living person, is subject to the provisions of the Personal Data Act (1998:204), "PuL". The purpose of the PuL is to protect private individuals against violations of their personal integrity. According to the PuL, personal data may only be processed under certain conditions. We comply with the PuL and protect personal data through extensive security measures. By filling in the data, you agree that Allmogens processes (e.g. saves and uses) personal data about you, in accordance with the PuL and our description below. You decide yourself whether you want to provide us with any data.
The personal data that we intend to collect and process is the information that you provide in connection with the activity you are about to undertake. This information may include, for example, your name and contact details. In addition, data on your opening and clicking frequency of our email newsletters will be stored, but we will not use this data on an individual level.
Specifically on data related to purchases and donations: in the context of purchases or donations, data on payment methods and payment card information (in addition to the data above) will also be processed, but only to complete the payment and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not store payment card information after the payment is made, unless you choose to make a recurring payment - in which case your payment card information is stored with our payment partner until you choose to discontinue your recurring donation or contact us to unsubscribe. To protect your payment card information and other sensitive personal data from unauthorised access, the transaction is conducted over SSL and the information is encrypted.
The data will only be processed by Allmogens and the few companies that we have engaged to assist us in the processing of the data (so-called "processors"). Our data processors only process the data on our behalf and according to our instructions, in accordance with the PuL and in accordance with what is set out in this text. We guarantee that your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be used for purposes other than those stated above.
