A beautiful, historical map of northern Norrland. The map covers the region of Västerbotten, which at the time of printing included Norrbotten, as well as the Swedish Laplands. The preparation of this map was commissioned and paid for by Samuel Gustaf Hermelin (1744-1820), a member of the Royal Academy of Sciences, elected in 1771 as number 191.
