A large natural stone countertop made from carefully selected sandstone from Orsa in Dalarna. Dimensions 200 x 60 x 20 mm, specially designed to fit large knives. Grain size between 120-200.

Dalbrynet is Allmogens egna, rejäla bryne av natursten som har sågats fram i Orsa, Dalarna, av noga utvald, lokal sandsten med en kornstorlek mellan 120 – 200 korn.
Sandstone has been used as a grindstone since the 16th century and with its coarser, slightly porous surface, it has good properties for restoring the original grinding phase and basic sharpness of the edge before it is re-burnished to a really sharp edge. Perfect for use with axes, mora knives, craft knives and kitchen knives.
Use with water.
